PURPOSE: An electrical oven is provided to enable various shapes of heaters to be used and cook food more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: An electrical oven comprises a cavity(210), a door, a heater and a reflector. The cavity comprises a cooking room and an opening. The door selectively opens and closes the cooking room. The heater supplies radiation energy into the cooking room through the opening and comprises a curved section and a linear section. The curved section has a predetermined curvature and the linear section is extended from both ends of the curved section in the same direction. The reflector reflects the radiation energy from the heater into the cooking room and comprises a heater holding unit, which surrounds the heater. |
