PURPOSE: A light transmissive member for an environmental LED lamp is provided to prevent deformation and a color change even though the light transmissive member is exposed to heat for a long time wherein heat is emitted from an LED device. CONSTITUTION: A light transmissive member for an LED lamp comprises a thermoplastic resin, a light diffusing agent, and a carbon nano tube. The carbon nano tube is heated. The carbon nano tube forms one layer together with the thermoplastic resin and the light diffusing agent.
