PURPOSE: A multi band chip antenna mounting substrate and a multi band chip antenna apparatus including the same are provided to easily tune the frequency band which is appropriate for each country by controlling a lumped constant element without changing patterned radiators and to minimize the size of an antenna by the patterned radiators. CONSTITUTION: A multi band chip antenna apparatus is mounted on a multi band chip antenna mounting substrate and on the top of a substrate(10). A first ground line and a third ground line are arranged to be connected with a ground pattern. A first pad and a third pad are arranged to be respectively connected to the first ground line and the third ground line. A feeding line(40) is arranged to be connected to a second pad. A lumped constant element is arranged to be connected with at least one among the first ground line, the third ground line, and the feeding line.
