PURPOSE: A bollard is provided to protect each component installed inside a base beam by preventing rainwater from flowing into the base beam in which a ball bearing is installed. CONSTITUTION: A bollard comprises a cylindrical base beam(20), a disc plate(30), a vertical post(40), a coil spring(50), a hollow ball shaft(60), and a wire. The base beam has a horizontal support plate(22). The base beam is buried in the ground, and the top end of the base beam is exposed to the ground. The disc plate comprises a shaft hole and a spring bushing. The shaft hole is connected to the horizontal support plate. The spring bushing is vertically formed on the top of the shaft hole. The vertical post is integrated with the disc plate. The coil spring is inserted into the spring bush and elastically restores the vertical post rotated due to external force. The hollow ball shaft has a ball bearing(62) connected to the top of the horizontal support plate, and a male screw(64). The wire binds the top and bottom ends of the ball shaft. |
