PURPOSE: An RF switch controller is provided to reduce an insertion loss by supplying negative driving power to the gate and body of an RF switch when the RF switch is switched off. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator(110) provides a preset reference signal. A negative voltage generator(120) converts the reference signal from the oscillator into driving power and negative driving power. A decoder(130) decodes a control bit from the outside. A level shifter(140) supplies driving power to the gate of the RF switch when the RF switch is switched on.
