PURPOSE: The solar battery the performance of whole light absorption layers can be improved effectively. The light former conversion efficiency in which sunlight is absorbed efficiently and which is improved is had. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery comprises the substrate, electrode layer, first light absorber(310), second light absorption layer(320), third light absorption layer(330) is included. The electrode layer is arranged in the top of the substrate. The first light absorber comprises the first family-III family-VI family system compound it is arranged on the electrode layer. |
