PURPOSE: A metal oxide semiconductor electrode with hyper-hydrophobic compounds, a dye sensitive solar cell including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the stability of dye by preventing water through hydrophobic substituted materials on the surface of TiO2. CONSTITUTION: A dye sensitive solar cell includes a first conductive substrate, a metal oxide semiconductor layer, a semiconductor electrode(1), and a counter electrode(5). The metal oxide semiconductor layer is formed on the first substrate. The counter electrode includes a metal layer formed on the second substrate. An organic electrolyte or hole transmission materials(4) of a p-type organic semiconductor is injected between the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode. Dye polymers and one or two kinds of hyper-hydrophobic compounds are absorbed on the metal oxide semiconductor layer. |
