PURPOSE: An electronic document organizer is provided to minimize the generation of error in a standard form when text editing is completed. CONSTITUTION: A template is stored in database. An input unit(10) inputs data. A template is reflected on an editing window. An output unit(20) outputs a documentation window including a menu window showing a menu. A controller(100) analyzes data inputted from the input unit. The controller includes an identification item protection unit(190).
