The structure has a rear shock-absorbing assembly whose upper end is connected to a center line of left and right seat frames in length direction of a vehicle. A fuel tank comprises a concave portion accommodating the upper end of the assembly. The concave portion is formed in the tank so as to allow the tank to cover a top surface and a lateral surface of the upper end of the assembly at a central line side along the length direction of the vehicle.
