<p>The casting process comprises pouring a metal liquid (1) into a mold (2) having a core (3) at its center, and filling and solidifying the core of the mold in which the metal enters and remains tight contact. The metal enters and remains in contact with the multilayer core using a mixture of sand, resin and catalyst. The mixture is located in a surface near the contact area between the metal and the core, and the rest of the volume of core does not contain resin and allows to maintain the total pressure of liquid metal during mold filling.
