The device has a positioning axle (8) supported on bores (14) of internal flanges of a yoke joint (2). A spacer (9) includes a through-hole (13) to allow the spacer to be mounted on the axle. A locking unit (15) i.e. push button locking system, locks the spacer with the axle. The spacer is abutted on a periphery portion of a rotor (1) when the spacer is mounted on the axle, where specific interval between the spacer and the flanges is sized to receive U-shaped adhesion arms of a removable part. The arms acts as arms of a clevis (4) on a curved portion, and are freely mounted on a blade (3).
