PURPOSE: A prefabricated soundproof panel is provided to prevent corrosion, splitting, and cracking on soundproof panels by inserting a metal frame in the outer circumference of a soundproof panel and additionally adding wires in the inside of the metal frame. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated soundproof panel comprises a frame(20), a bond frame(30), a connecting member, a soundproof panel(50), a reinforcing member(60), and a flooring panel(70). The soundproof panel is installed in the mount space comprising the frame. The reinforcing members are installed in the front of the frame at regular interval and forms two or more movement-prevention grooves on the contact surface with the frame.
