<p>The post has a plate (1) forming a base provided with a housing to receive a mandrel (2) on which a honeycomb type paperboard sleeve is fixed. An assembly is held on the mandrel against the plate by a cap (4) that is formed by stacking corrugated cardboard disks. The cap is fixed at an upper end of the exceeding mandrel of the honeycomb type paperboard sleeve. The corrugated cardboard disks are provided with a central opening to be fixed on the upper end of the mandrel.</p>
