PURPOSE: An image sensing apparatus and storage apparatus are provided to facilitate obtaining time of a captured image data without missing the intention of a user at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A maintain unit(14) maintains a plurality of image data successively photographed by an image unit(11). A display unit(15) displays image data by the maintain unit. A motion speed detecting unit detects motion speed of a subject by the image unit. A setting unit(19) sets up the photographing speed based on the detected motion speed. A display control unit(16) controls the image data by the setting unit.
