The stopper has a sealed conical or cylindrical part, shutter (6), positioning stopper (7) and a disc (9) realized using a same material. A flexible intermediate tab (8) positions the disc on an upper valve of the oyster. A diameter of a hole is greater than diameter of the shutter, where the hole is perforated in the tab, where the hole is directly formed with the disc. A spongy or elastic material sleeve is fixed on a cylindrical core.
