A voltage limiter (2) controls amplitude of sinusoidal oscillations of the oscillator, where an input of the limiter is connected to an output of the bandpass filter. A voltage buffer (3) utilizes a common-collector circuit, where an input of the voltage buffer is connected to an output of the voltage limiter. An output of the voltage buffer is connected to an input of the bandpass filter.
