The device has an ionizing flux generator (G) supplied with power by an electric source i.e. current generator (E), that directs ionizing flux to an interior of a pipe (T), where the pipe is provided with an inner wall that reflects the ionizing flux to direct the ionizing flux at an outlet of the pipe towards a wood piece (B). A sealing shield is assembled opposite to an outlet of a head of the pipe by utilizing a fastener.
