The device has a fixing unit i.e. photovoltaic body (2N), fixing solar panels (1) in an inclined position towards an exterior with respect to a cover (C) or an extender of a building and placed in a vertical projection (P) of the cover or the extender. Two posts (4N) are equipped in the fixing unit, where each one of the posts is adapted to be fixed to the cover or the extender by a fixation element i.e. fixing shoe (5N). The two posts are inclined to top and towards outer side of the cover or the extender, and receive side edges of the solar panels.
