PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistive segment which has high durability by protecting a fire resistive material which is able to exert sufficient strength even in case of fire, and which is superior in maintainability. SOLUTION: The fire resistive segment 10 being laid as tunnel lining includes: an inside layer 20 which is made of a segment material; an outside layer 30 which is made of a segment material; a fire resistive material 40, which is provided in the state of being superposed between the inside and outside layers 20 and 30, and an anchor portion, such as a bracing bolt which passes through the fire resistive material 40 and which is embedded in the inside and the outside layers 20 and 30.
