The invention provides an impermeable protective seat cover for a toilet seat. The barrier provides protection from body fluids and waste left on toilet seats during use by creating an impermeable layer between the user and the toilet seat. The embodiments of the current invention include an individually wrapped unit containing an elasticized protective seat cover that provides an impermeable protective barrier that conforms to a standard size toilet seat and a set of protective gloves. The protective barrier is placed over the seat while wearing the protective gloves. After use, the protective seat cover is removed while wearing the protective gloved. All items are then discarded into the garbage.
