Said device is characterized in that it includes a second tube bundle (2b) serving as a secondary exchanger, means for circulating therein a secondary fluid separate from the primary fluid and in that the second deflector plate is inserted between the primary exchanger (2a) and the secondary exchanger (2b). The invention can be used in the production of heating water and of hot water for sanitation.
