<p>The invention relates to intersomatic cages. The cage according to the invention comprises: a disk (10) having two parallel faces (11, 12) and a lateral wall (13); at least one blocking blade (31, 32), the width of said blocking blade, measured in a plane (34) perpendicular to the two faces (11, 12), being, at the most, equal to the distance separating said two faces, and the length of said blocking blade, measured in the same plane (34), being longer than said distance; and first means (40-1) for rotatably driving the blade (31, 32) in a first second plane (36, 37) creating a first angle ß, d with the planes (42, 44) extending through the two faces (11, 12), different from 90 degrees, in such a way that the blade (31, 32) can assume any position between two positions, one position wherein the first blade is completely contained within the space Esp defined between the two planes (42, 44), and the other position wherein at least one end of the blade emerges from the space Esp.
