摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery system that properly reduces an increased internal resistance of a secondary battery that is caused by occurrence of salt concentration unevenness of an electrolyte solution in an electrode; and to provide a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 30 (charge and discharge controller) of the secondary battery system 6 performs a first pulse charge and discharge that repeats charge and discharge while making a discharge current value greater than a charge current value, with regard to a lithium ion secondary battery 100, wherein an internal resistance value of the lithium ion secondary battery 100 is 1.5 times or more than an initial value of that, an A/B value that is a ratio of a charge current mean value A to a discharge current mean value B is &ge;10, and the charge current mean value A is &ge;10 C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
