<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of construction machinery, which can efficiently discharge heat generated by a battery and which prevents exhaust air from an engine compartment from being sucked into the battery. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling structure of the construction machinery includes an engine 4, a heat radiator 11 for cooling the engine 4, the engine compartment 5 in which a hydraulic pump 7 is arranged, and a counterweight area 6 which adjoins the engine compartment 5 and which is equipped with a battery 27. A ventilation channel 23 for cooling the engine compartment 5 and a ventilation channel 34 for cooling the battery 27 are formed separately and are formed independently in substantially the same direction; and the circulation direction of cooling air flowing through the ventilation channel 23 for cooling the engine compartment 5 and that of cooling air flowing through the ventilation channel 34 for cooling the battery 27 are substantially parallel to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
