PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device that is small and emits stable light having small light quantity variations without increasing cost.

SOLUTION: An optical device includes a laser chip 100 having two or more light emitters, a package member 200, a cover glass 300, or the like. The cover glass 300 is arranged on the optical path of a light flux emitted from the laser chip 100. An incident surface where the emitted light flux from the laser chip 100 enters is tilted against the emission plane of the laser chip 100. The tilt angle is smaller than that when the light emitted from one of the most separated two light emitters among the two or more light emitters is reflected and made to enter the other.
