<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus capable of changing the folding direction of a notch between the case that a tab is created in a sheet and the case that a plurality of sheets are bound. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet processing apparatus includes: a cutter 66 for forming a notch 2b in a sheet 2 stacked on a stacked part 62; a folding member 67 for folding a folding part 2a in the notch 2b; and a stage 4 for changing a notch position in the sheet 2 by the cutter 66 between the case that the single sheet 2 is processed by rotating the cutter 66 and the folding member 67 and the case that the plurality of sheets 2 are processed by rotating the cutter 66 and the folding member 67. When the single sheet 2 is processed by the cutter 66 and the folding member 67, the notch in the sheet 2 is changed by the cutter 66 and the folding part 2a is folded so as to be projected to the outside of the end of the sheet 2 by the folding member 67 in the stage 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
