<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird injury prevention device having a light-emitting device which is high in brightness. <P>SOLUTION: The bird injury prevention device 10 includes a pole 1, a windmill 2, and a pair of stoppers 3, 3. Both ends of the pole 1 are locked to a first angle member 8b and a second angle member 8d. The windmill 2 is rotatably attached to the pole 1. The pair of stoppers 3, 3 hold the windmill 2. Loop coils 2c are attached to both ends of the windmill 2, and a pair of magnets 3a, 3a is arranged at cylinders 31 of the stoppers 3. When the windmill 2 rotates, an LED 3d of a light-emitting circuit 3c arranged at the external wall of the cylinder 31 can emit light by the principle of electromagnetic induction. In the bird injury prevention device 10, both the ends of the windmill 2 emit light by using the LED 3d even in the nighttime, and thereby a bird such as a crow can be threatened.
