RADAR SYSTEM, MISSILE GUIDING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR DETECTING TARGET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite band radar which used one pulse as a chirped pulse without impairing a range resolution and the plural-target resolving performance of a step frequency composite band radar.

SOLUTION: Each chirped pulse coming in from a target and received by an antenna 2 is subjected to Fourier transform in an FFT part 6 and multiplied by a compressibility coefficient in a compressibility coefficient multiplication part 7. A plurality of zero points are added in an interpolation IFFT part 8 to the outside of a spectrum sample after the pulse compressibility coefficient multiplication so as to execute inverse Fourier transform processing.
