<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase compensation circuit capable of reducing the capacitor area on an IC chip. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor and a resistor are connected to an output terminal of an error amplifier in series. A transconductance amplifier having input terminals which are connected across both ends of the resistor, respectively, amplifies a current flowing through the capacitor and carries out feedback of the amplified current to reduce the frequency of a main pole of frequency characteristics of the error amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
