PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composition that has an excellent balance among heat resistance, elongation and modulus and exhibits excellent melt spreadability and good adhesive properties to polyurethane. SOLUTION: The elastomer composition for manufacturing a melt-spread item comprises 100 pts.wt. of a specific block polymer C containing an aromatic vinyl monomer unit and a conjugated diene monomer unit as main constituting units, 50-200 pts.wt. of a softener D, 10-300 pts.wt. of a specific ethylene-α-olefin copolymer E having a molecular weight distribution of 1-3, 210-1,000 pts.wt. of a specific propylene polymer F having a molecular weight distribution of 1-3, and 50-200 pts.wt. of an acid-modified polyolefin H.
