<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine enhancing the amusement of the game by controlling the drive of a shooting device, and enhancing a player's eagerness for the game. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine 10 includes an operating part 24 capable of operating the shooting device 66. The game machine also includes: a game control device 100 for executing read-ahead determination for information on a special symbol variable display game to be executed based on entrance of a game ball into a starting winning hole 36 or a normal symbols variable winning device 37 before executing the special symbol variable display game; and the game control device 100 and a put-out control device 200 capable of controlling the drive of the shooting device 66 in a mode different from a normal mode when the result of the read-ahead determination is a specific result.
