PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable cleaning, sterilizing and bactericidal and deodorizing sheet which is inexpensive, easy to use, and has a good keeping quality. SOLUTION: A convenient functional sheet including cleaning, sterilizing and bactericidal and deodorizing effects may be provided at an inexpensive price, wherein: the sheet includes fibers; a cleaning component solid, a cleaning, sterilizing and bactericidal component solid, or a deodorizing component solid which are soluble in a liquid such as water is attached to a part of the fibers of the sheet; and an application of the liquid such as water to the sheet made of fiber causes elution of the water-soluble cleaning component, sterilizing and bactericidal component and deodorizing component.
