Provided is an operational amplifier circuit (160B) containing a rail-to-rail differential amplifier (170A) which amplifies the potential difference inputted to a first input terminal and a second input terminal. This operational amplifier circuit (160B) is provided with: a first compensation current supply unit (179A) which supplies a compensation current (I1) to a first differential pair contained in the differential amplifier (170A) in order to adjust the input offset voltage of the operational amplifier circuit (160B); and a second compensation current supply unit (179B) which supplies a compensation current (I3) to a second differential pair contained in the differential amplifier (170A) in order to adjust the input offset voltage of the operational amplifier circuit (160B).
