PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supplement a predetermined frequency band in a source signal without depending on the signal level of the source signal outputted from a sound source and specifically to reproduce a sound effect of low-band sound lower than the reproduction capability of a loudspeaker in a range reproducible by the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: A source signal supplementation apparatus includes: a pulse generating means 41 for generating a signal consisting of an impulse train with a predetermined frequency interval; a first filter 43 that adjusts the signal level of the impulse train of the signal generated by the pulse generating means 41 in compliance with the frequency band and generates a multicarrier signal I2; and a first multiplication means for generating a first supplementation signal by multiplying the source signal outputted from the sound source by the multicarrier signal I2.
