PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for supplying a file to an external device even when there are a number of paper sheets. SOLUTION: Image data groups each including one or more pieces of image data corresponding to one or more paper sheets are sequentially supplied (s120-s180) and coupling information for coupling two or more image data groups is supplied (s190). Even when a memory of a multi function peripheral does not have sufficient storage capacity, image data groups for a data amount responsive to the actual storage capacity are sequentially supplied to a server, and two or more image data groups are then coupled as a file according to the coupling information.
