PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film capacitor which allows sealing while preventing a film insulation resistance from deteriorating. SOLUTION: A film capacitor (10) includes a capacitor case (11), a capacitor element (15) which is contained in the capacitor case (11) and is configured by a film (17), and an epoxy resin composition (12) which is filled in the capacitor case (11) to cover around the capacitor element (15). A silicone film (25) which is provided between the capacitor element (15) and the epoxy resin composition (12) and blocks an object to be intruded from the epoxy resin composition (12) to the capacitor element (15).
