PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a slitter of an existing noodle making apparatus necessitates scrapers or other entanglement prevention members because of characteristics of dough handled, and the entanglement prevention members are economically and operationally disadvantageous. SOLUTION: In a cutter structure for a slitting apparatus which has opposed rotary shafts rotatable in opposite directions and has a plurality of cutting blades at a predetermined pitch on each rotary shaft and in which an object is passed between the rotary shafts to be slit at the predetermined pitch, the plurality of cutting blades have a tapered or rounded surface oblique to the axis of the rotary shafts on at least one side.
