PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible sheet structure for communication which is installed on a flat surface and a curved surface of a conductive layer, for efficient information transmission and power transmission, with a wrinkle hard to occur even if it is rolled up, and with no degradation in communication performance even if used after rolling up or installed on the curved surface. SOLUTION: The flexible sheet structure for communication is used for communication by propagation of electromagnetic waves. In the sheet structure for communication, a base material A and a base material B are stacked as one body. Both a portion in which conductor is present and a portion in which it is not present are provided on the surface which is arranged on the surface of the base material A.
