A liquid immersed photovoltaic module includes: a lower ground board (5); an upper transparent cover plate (1); a side wall (2); an insulating liquid (4); a solar cell (3) or solar cell module (10). The peripheral of the lower ground board (5) and the peripheral of upper transparency cover plate (1) are dead jointed for forming a container (7) by the side wall (2). The insulator liquid (4) is located in the container (7). The lower ground board (5) is a transparent material board or metal board connected with lower fin (6). The solar cell (3) is located on the upper surface of the lower ground board (5). The lower surface of the solar cell module (10) and the supporting board (8) connected with supporting board fin (9) are dead jointed. The lower end of the supporting board fin (9) and the upper surface of the lower ground board (5) are dead jointed. The solar cell (3) can increase the utilization ratio of incident light and can reduce the compound of current carrier on the surface of solar cell (3). The solar cell (3) can increase the output of the current flow and can cool the face side and back side of solar cell (3) effectively. The solar cell (3) can remove the quantity heat of the working solar cell (3).
