DRAINAGE SYSTEM USING A DIFFUSING GEOCOMPOSITE

A drainage system using a diffusing geocomposite is used in horizontal subsoil trenches and in vertical wells, with a double function: to promote the catchment of rain water infiltrated into the ground, initially guiding the water flow horizontally, and then promoting vertical diffusion of said water along the subsoil, in order to refill the water table and the local aquifer, thus helping to minimise superficial flows, and forming an important tool to prevent floods and protect the environment, refilling water sources.
