PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system capable of simply and efficiently conducting a multicast communication. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system includes a plurality of movable wireless communication devices for multicasting and operates in accordance with OLSR (Optimized Link State Routing). When each wireless communication device is an originating source for multicasting, the plurality of wireless communication devices include a control information setting means for setting communication control information added to data on the basis of group information of a transmission destination and communication path information to other wireless communication device established by the OLSR, a data processing means for decimating data determined as decimation on the basis of the communication control information added to data received from the other wireless communication device to update the communication control information added to other than the decimated data on the basis of the communication control information, the group information, and the communication path information, and a data transmission means for transmitting the data to which the communication control information is added and the data to which the update communication control information is added to the other wireless communication device.
