A focal element display method and device and a digital television receiving terminal are provided. The display method includes constructing two overlapped webpage windows, in a lower window loading a webpage content selected by users and in an upper window loading a transparent webpage (100); obtaining typesetting information of the lower window, and determining a position of the current focal element according to the typesetting information(101); performing special effects drawing in a corresponding position of the upper window according to the position of the current focal element (102); and displaying the webpage after the special effects drawing (103).
