PURPOSE: An electromotive wheel chair is provided to automatically stop or control the speed thereof through an edge and labeling technique of an image. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive wheel chair comprises: an image sensor(100) capable of obtaining an image in night time; an MCU(Micro Control Unit) processor(110) processing a video signal inputted into the image sensor; an in-wheel motor(120) adjusting the movement of the electromotive wheel chair forward and backward; a wheel driving unit(130) in which speed is determined by a control signal applied to the in-wheel motor and the speed is interlinked by the signal; and a gear controller(140) controlling the position of the in-wheel motor.
