<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for driving a brushless motor, wherein stable rotation can be obtained even in the steady rotation, while reducing the processing time. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 for driving the brushless motor includes a drive switching determiner 20 which determines switching of a first drive waveform PWM signal and a second drive waveform PWM signal based on a rotation speed signal supplied from a rotation speed detection unit 19 and supplies a command signal to a drive switching unit 14 in order to determine which signal is output, wherein the drive switching determiner 20 equalizes the first and second thresholds when the rotation speed is accelerating or decelerating, differentiates the first and second thresholds from each other when the rotation speed is steady, and supplies the command signal to the drive switching unit 14 by determining to output the second drive waveform PWM signal when the rotation speed is greater than the first threshold and to output the first drive waveform PWM signal when the rotation speed is less than the second threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
