<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment agent for a powder for use in cosmetics which generates no hydrogen and is safe, has a good affinity for other raw cosmetic materials, therefore can enhance formulation stability of cosmetics, and can impart good water resistance, sebum resistance, luster, touch feel, adhesion to hair and skin, or the like and to provide a cosmetic formulated from a powder for cosmetics surface-treated with the surface treatment agent and possessing appearance and after-feel. <P>SOLUTION: A powder for cosmetics is surface-treated with an organopolysiloxane having a specified carbosiloxane dendrimer structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
