<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fatty acid alkyl ester that permits the manufacture at a very low cost of a fatty acid alkyl ester of high quality enough to be employed for a diesel fuel, and a manufacturing apparatus having a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus comprises a sealed container A for manufacturing the fatty acid alkyl ester, and the sealed container A is equipped with a fatty and oily material-feeding port 101 for feeding a raw fatty and oily material, a catalyst solution-feeding port 102 for feeding a catalyst solution, a treating agent-feeding port 103 for feeding a treating agent, a liquid discharge port 104 for discharging liquid matter, a gaseous material discharge port 108 for discharging a gaseous material, a heating means B for heating the contents, an agitating means D for agitating the contents, and an evacuating means G for bringing the inside of the container into a reduced pressure state. Each sealed container A has a feeding port and a discharge port as well as a heating means and an agitating means necessary for carrying out the manufacturing method of the fatty acid alkyl ester, and therefore the manufacturing apparatus can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
