PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a rotation sensor, including an inner ring, an outer ring and the rotation sensor and further reducing the size by eliminating bulging of a rotation sensor part to the outside of the bearing device. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device includes: a pair of annular sealing members 21, 31 sealing a space between the outer ring RG and the inner ring RN to put rolling elements between them; an annular stationary element 20 having a disc-like shape with a central part opened, mounted to one of the annular sealing members over all circumference in a space between the outer ring and the inner ring and formed with induction electrodes and potential detecting electrodes over all circumference; and a moving element 10 fixed via a holding member 12 formed of dielectric to the outer ring or the inner ring, which is on the side where the annular fixed element is not fixed, to oppose to a part of the annular stationary element and formed with comb-teeth-shaped electrodes. The annular sealing member to which the annular stationary element is mounted, and a first annular holding member 22 fixing the annular sealing member to one of the outer ring and the inner ring are formed of dielectric.
