PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt adhesive having excellent heat-resistant adhesion properties while holding cold resistance. SOLUTION: An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition comprises 100 parts weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.1-50 parts weight of organized layered clay, and 10-300 parts weight of a tackifier.
