PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated battery which has a superior charge and discharge performance and a high energy capacity by improving a contact structure between an electrode and a current collector in the battery with a laminated structure. SOLUTION: The laminated battery (C) is provided with: a positive electrode current collector (23) and a negative electrode current collector (25) of plate shape arranged mutually in opposition; an electrode body (17) consisting of a plurality of positive electrode bodies (13) and negative electrode bodies (15) laminated alternately in opposition through a separator (11) in a direction orthogonal to the opposed direction (X) of these current collectors between the positive electrode current collector (23) and the negative electrode current collector (25); and sheet-like buffer members (31) which include a conductive material capable of plastic deformation in opposition direction and are interposed between the positive electrode current collector (23) and the electrode body (17) and between the negative electrode current collector (25) and the electrode body (17).
