The method involves extruding sealing profiles (2,3,4) from an elastic material on a carrier profile. A decorative film web (6) is applied on the sealing profiles, followed by bending the sealing profiles. A tensile stress is applied over a portion of the cross-section of the decorative film web in curved area of the sealing profiles. The sealing profiles are extruded from a plastic material, particularly a synthetic rubber, such as ethylene-propylene-diene rubber and are vulcanized. The decorative film web is used from a metallic material, particularly from aluminum. |
